Snow Trip 2010
Where: Scout Alpine Lodge, Jindabyne
When: 4pm Departure, Blaxland Drive 27-29th August 2010

The above weekend is alot of fun as those who attended last year will agree... however there are some slight changes from last year. The coach will take us to the Ski Tube this year!!! Which means better sleep for everyone including parents. Hooray!
Scout leaders will be attending this event and it will be not be an official scout event... in some ways it will be like family camp. With sooo many kids and so few leaders we will need parent supervision to assist in keeping everyone together, safe and having fun.
We have a limit of 50 people that we can have down there... the more the better. However if we only have 40 people the cost will be higher per person than if we had 50. So as a result we are aiming to have 50 people!!!
Accomodation is in dorm style bunk rooms with communal toilet and showers. There is a drying room for equipment and a seperate leaders / parents relaxation room with sofas and tv.

WE WILL NEED PARENTS TO SKI AND HAVE FUN TOO... (and supervise their kids)
The weekend includes all of the below:
-Transport to and from Jindabyne and ski tube train
-Accommodation
-Ski Hire / Snowboard Hire
-Ski Clothing
-Saturday Breakfast
-Saturday Lunch
-Saturday Dinner
-Sunday Breakfast
-Sunday Lunch
-Lift Tickets to suit age and ability including ski tube
-Evening Entertainment
Doesnt include:
-Dinner Friday Night }
-Dinner Sunday Night} Usually McDonalds
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF WE CANT MAKE UP THE NECCESARY NUMBERS WE WONT BE CATCHING A COACH THERE OR BACK. -
